Using the NCR Secure Pay Reconciliation Report

Sometimes due to a computer issue, you might want to verify if a credit transaction was fully completed. NCR Counterpoint has a report to check for discrepancies between your NCR Secure Pay account and Counterpoint.
This report will only show data for:
  • Transaction(s) found in both NCR Counterpoint and NCR Secure Pay where the totals do not match
  • Transaction(s) found in NCR Secure Pay only
  • Transaction(s) found in NCR Counterpoint only

Running the Secure Pay Reconciliation Report

  1. From the Launchpad, select Point of Sale → Credit Cards → Secure Pay Reconciliation Report
  1. Enter or look up a store
  2. Enter a date range
  3. Click Preview
