To our valued retail customers and channel partners,
On March 27, the federal government passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act that allocates funding to support the U.S. economy, including small businesses. This effort will directly help small businesses (under 500 employees) by providing cash-flow assistance through 100 percent federally guaranteed loans to employers who maintain their payroll during this emergency. If the employer maintains their average prior payroll, the portion of the loan used for payroll costs and other qualifying expenses will be forgiven.
If you would like to apply for a loan, you have multiple options. You can check with your local bank to see if they are providing SBA loans. Additionally, NCR has entered into a partnership with Nymbus, a financial services provider, to assist small businesses impacted by COVID-19 with accessing Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection loans. This program enables every SBA approved bank in the U.S. to rapidly submit SBA applications on behalf of their customers without the overhead normally required.
Loan specialists at Nymbus will be able to help guide you through the loan process. More information on the Paycheck Protection Program and Nymbus, including a link to a loan application, can be found here.
We’ve also established a coronavirus pandemic resource center, including a page on the United States’ federal disaster response legislation, for your use.
Thank you and know that we are here to support you in any way we can. This crisis emphasizes our ability as an industry to come together for unity and partnership. Thank you for being our customer.
