Emergency After Hours Support

i3 Point of Sale values your business. We are your partner in business and have the desire to provide personal and exceptional customer service. Therefore, we are proud to offer our clients Emergency After Hours Support. After hours Emergency support is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST on weekends and holidays and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST on business days. Please use the guidelines below to determine if your situation qualifies for an emergency call.

Examples of Urgent Matters

Urgent matters are anything that are critical impacts on your business and an include:

  • Unable to use or open Counterpoint
  • Credit cards are down
  • Unable to use Payroll Deduction

Examples of Non-Urgent Matters

Non-urgent matters are anything that are non-critical impacts on your business and an include:

  • Questions on a report
  • Adding new features
  • Changing configurations
  • Requesting training
  • Labels
  • Printing
  • Inventory/Physical Count
  • Receivings
  • Posting Drawers

If you are calling after hours, on a holiday, or on a weekend and you have an urgent situation, call 877-809-9980, in the phone tree, select Option 2, Option 1, Option 1, Option 1, and leave a message in our emergency mailbox with:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Description of the problem

If your call is not returned within 15 minutes, please call again. IMPORTANT: DO NOT send an email for an urgent matter, as we are not always at our desks or may be on a call with another client. If you have called into Emergency After Hours support with a non-urgent situation, please leave a voicemail, your call will be returned the next business day.
