How the Process Works

The i3 POS team has directed you to this page to help you replace your hardware quickly without hassle. See below on how the process works to replace your hardware. The i3 POS team thanks you for your continued business.

  • If your device information matches the warranty coverage in our system a replacement device will be sent out to your location.
  • Replacement times may vary depending on the day and time that the form is submitted, but typically arrive on the next business day (M-F) if the form is submitted before 12:00 pm PST.
  • Cables and adapters are not covered under warranty contract and can be purchased through our online shop or from our service counter at [email protected].
  • A return label for the defective device will be sent to the email address you provide on the form.
  • Unreturned defective devices will be billed at the full value of the device.
  • If the i3 POS team has a question about your form entry, we will reach out to the contact email or phone number listed on your submission.
